The Yard
The Yard is a large-scale outdoor space that anchors the arrival experience, ideal for guest entry, brand activations, food trucks, and pre/post event networking. Spanning a generous open footprint with a large outdoor bar, overhanging festoon lighting and outdoor cocktail furniture & umbrellas, it supports high-capacity gatherings while maintaining flow into the main spaces. With its open-air setting and ability to host dynamic activations, it adds sunlight, scale, and versatility to the overall event experience.

Do you handle food, drinks, and setup?
Yes — we offer full catering, bar, furniture, and AV packages, or you can bring your own suppliers.
Can I use my own suppliers?
Of course. We’re flexible — you can work with our trusted partners or bring in your own team.
Is there parking on site?
We have up to 30 spaces on site in our service driveway for suppliers and clients. All other guests can park on Plummer St and or Smith St directly opposite the venue.
Can events run late?
We are licensed till 11:00pm on Sunday till Thursday and 1:00am Friday & Saturday. However finish times depend on your event requirements. We’ll help you plan around local guidelines.
