The Woodstore functions as a unique undercover foyer overlooking the Yard - ideal for arrivals, brand activations, food trucks, and exhibition-style setups. Its long, covered form naturally guides guest flow, while the open-sided design creates an indoor–outdoor feel with natural light. With integrated audio and roof-mounted LED wash lighting, it’s a flexible, activation-ready space that enhances the overall event experience with both impact and functionality.

Do you handle food, drinks, and setup?
Yes — we offer full catering, bar, furniture, and AV packages, or you can bring your own suppliers.
Can I use my own suppliers?
Of course. We’re flexible — you can work with our trusted partners or bring in your own team.
Is there parking on site?
We have up to 30 spaces on site in our service driveway for suppliers and clients. All other guests can park on Plummer St and or Smith St directly opposite the venue.
Can events run late?
We are licensed till 11:00pm on Sunday till Thursday and 1:00am Friday & Saturday. However finish times depend on your event requirements. We’ll help you plan around local guidelines.
